How do I enter rental income?

This will help walk you through entering rental income

On the REO screen, click on the word "Rental" to the right of the property address. If it is a multi-unit subject property, the word to click on will be "Retained". Here you can enter rental income as it appears on the tax returns, based on the lease agreement, or manually enter the net rental income.
