How to tell if your borrower(s) have signed the initial disclosure package.
In the portal at the bottom of the Loan Details tab, you will see a section titled Disclosure Delivery History. Here you will be able to see when the borrower(s) complete their initial disclosures. To view and download the document, click on the paper clip icon on the right.
