Follow this process to buy down the rate
Buying down the rate occurs when you lock the rate. In Lock Management, when you click on Price to Lock you will be presented with a rate stack. Scroll through the stack and pick the rate you want, which will detail the corresponding buydown. If you only see one option, then this file does not have buydown available, often due to state limitations.
