      Maximum Total Financing

      Maximum Amount of Financing Available

      • Single Borrower - $500,000 in aggregate (principal balance of Spring EQ originated loans) 
               o Aggregate is defined as the sum of all outstanding closed end loans and the loan or                            maximum line amount
      • Primary Residence - Limited to $3,000,000 (total amount of 1st and 2nd lien combined)
      • Second Homes - Limited to $2,000,000 (total amount of 1st and 2nd lien combined)
      • Investment Properties - Limited to $2,000,000 (total amount of 1st and 2nd lien combined)
             o Limited to 10 Financed Properties
