My credit report order status shows an error, what do I do?

This article explains next steps in case of an error on a credit report.

Click the blue word 'Order' on the middle right to see if the borrower's credit is Frozen. If it is, reach out to the borrower and have them un-freeze their Experian report. Once the borrower has confirmed that their credit is un-frozen, you can go back and run credit as normal.

If credit is not frozen, make sure that the date of birth (DOB) and Social Security Number (SSN) are accurate. If they are, contact BXG directly so they can assist in troubleshooting with the credit vendor.
