      Seasoning Requirement

      • Primary Residence and Second Home- None
      • Investment Properties- At least one borrower must have been on title for a minimum of 6 months prior to the application date
      • Inherited Properties- At least one borrower must have been on title for a minimum of 6 months prior to the application date
