This is often caused by income not transferring in from your 3.4 file. Goto Full Application>Employment/Income and insure income is entered for all present employment. If the borrower is self-employed, you will need to enter in the income as Base Pay. If the borrower is not employed, ensure alternative income source (SS, Pension, etc) is entered.
