To ensure a smooth e-signing experience, please confirm that the borrower is using a computer, as e-signing is not compatible with tablets or smartphones. Additionally, I recommend that the borrower clear their cache by navigating to Settings> Privacy & Security> Clear Browsing Data. They should ensure that Browsing History, Download History, Cookies & Other Site Data, and Cached Images & Files are all checked before selecting Clear Data. The initial disclosures will be sent via a link from Docmailer@solex.com. After clicking on the link, they can log in and follow the attached guide.
